ANATOMY OF A MEDDLER
BASIC ANATOMY
EAR STYLES
The rarity of a Meddler is most easily examined in the length of their ears. More common Meddlers will have shorter ears, manes and tail tufts, whereas rarer Meddlers will display longer ears, manes and tail tufts. In some cases of Celestial and Frenetic classifications, ear/mane/tail tufts will be longer than the given examples, but such cases are extremely rare.
GaitAs they are largely magical beings, Meddlers have a strong preference for flying/floating rather than walking. When they do walk, their gate is similar to that of a field mouse.
EyesightEyesight is limited in the human realm. Meddlers can clearly see their bauble above all else but largely rely on other keen senses such as smell, touch and hearing.
FeaturesSome Meddlers are conjured with additional features such as, but not limited to, wings, horns, spikes and other adornments. Most Celestial Meddlers have wings.
Realm HoppingEvery Meddler is conjured with this ability and will use it most commonly to jump between the human and Hallowed realms. As many Meddlers are adverse to human contact, if cornered or threatened, they will simply hop back into their own realm to escape harm. This ability makes them impossible to be captured or contained by humans. Some Meddlers will hop into other realms outside of those familiar to them - usually either for fun or, in some cases, by accident.
Colour SpectrumMeddlers can - and do - come in a limitless combination of colours and patterns. Extremely light colours tend to be more prevalent in Celestial Meddlers and animal-like patterns are more prevalent in Natura Meddlers. The nature of their bauble plays a large part in a Meddler's appearance.
Natural DefensesThough they prefer to simply hop back into their own realm when threatened, Meddlers can also bite with teeth that are closely resemblant to that of a feline.
